Adult Services Kids Services
For all of our teens and adults we provide many activities ranging from boxing/striking, strength and conditioning, bag work, cardio and much more! Our group class provides it all! We also offer personal training for anyone wanting more individualized time.
Opportunity for competition is offered as well.

For all of our kiddos looking to train with us here at C3 we provide a fun atmosphere. You learn basic boxing skills along with discipline and respect. Personal training is also an options for the kiddos along with the ability to compete.
*Minimum age requirement for kids is 7 years old.
Group classes $65 a month
Personal lessons $150 a month
(4 sessions lasting 1 hr)
